- First, notice the change in your Aul Soom (breathing technique)
Every time you advance a level of Qi Sports lesson, you will notice the changes in your Aul Soom. Your Aul Soom gets calmer, quieter and deeper than the beginning of your training. You will experience the subtle improvements every 7th day of your training period, and you will eventually learn how to master Aul Soom technique for accumulating Qi energy.
- Second, watch Yin Yang Ssahng Do Tae getting created in your lower abdominal in 105 days of training.
At first, your lower abdominal will gradually swell and expand like a balloon. Then, your lower abdominal will be parted in the middle and becomes two Dahn Jeon. Lastly, your Dae Maek, the horizontal Qi pathway, will also become swollen. Within 105 days of Qi Sporting training period, Yin Yang Ssahng Do Tae will be completed.
- Third, notice the change in your vocal sound (Suhn Eum)
You will be trained on how to make Suhn Eum in fourth week of training. You can only make Suhn Eum by using Qi energy stored in your Yin Yang Ssahng Do Tae. Your voice will notice the improvements in your voice every 7-day period of Suhn Eum training that your vocal sound will become more powerful and beautiful. You will be surprised when your friends notice and make positive comments on your voice.
- Fourth, notice the improvement in your body shape and posture.
The humans have spines that allows themselves to stand and walk in upright position. Therefore, many of us have problem of warped backbone from defying the gravity for a long time, and causes incorrect body shape and/or posture. However, you can self-correct your body posture by training Qi Sports since it will straighten your warped backbone by using Qi energy.
